Prenatal Yoga

Pre and Postnatal Yoga- experience a more comfortable pregnancy and a quicker recovery. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga while pregnant and post delivery. The program, conducted in a calm and peaceful environment will help prepare expectant mothers for the trans-formative birth and motherhood experience. This 60 minute class is a combination of yoga, meditation and educational components.

Mom & Baby Music and Yoga

Join Amazing Births and Mindy Galamaga as she guides your child through 60 minutes of singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, and story-telling.This is a very involved and hands-on class for infants and toddlers (up to 3 yrs old). Come and share this one-of-a-kind class with your friends and their children!

What to Expect: Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.

Musikgarten (for moms and/or dads)


Designed for parents and their babies to take together. This 45-minute class helps you learn how to play musically with your baby. Musical play activities: – Increase your child’s curiosity about music.

– Develop listening skills and sense of beat. – Establish a foundation for singing and musical thought. – Help you form a closer bond with your child.
